The Kadazan-Dusun Tribe






Kadazan-Dusun is a largest ethnic category in Sabah and is predominantly wet rice and hill rice cultivators.

                                        Bajau is second largest indigenous group in Sabah.



Races in Sabah





                Sabah have a 30 different ethnic races and over 80 local dialects spoken. The originsof the ethnic groups are charmingly ''explained'' in a old folk tale that originates in legend and history  and is a legacy from Sabah 's older people.

Nasi Lalap also known as 'Nasi Ayam Penyet' is a famous food in Sabah.

Mee Tamparuli







Tamparuli is a neighbouring district of Tuaran in Kota Kinabalu, and they also have their own distinct noodles. Small cottage-style productions of these noodles means that this dish is really unique, and can only be found in this small town.

Sipadan Island







Sipadan Island is only oceanic island in Malaysia, rising 600 metres (2,000 ft) from the seabed. Sipadan Island is located in the Semporna. It was formed by living corals growing on top of an extinct  that took thousands of years to develop. Sipadan Island  the centre of one of the richest marine habitats in the world. More than 3,000 species of fish and hundreds of coral species have been classified in this ecosystem. Sipadan Island has been rated by many dive journals as one of the top destinations for diving in the world.

Kinabalu Park / Taman Kinabalu








Kinabalu Park is the one first national parks of Malaysia in 1964 also Malaysia's first World Heritage Site designated by UNESCO in December 2000. Kinabalu Park have more than 4,500 species flora and fauna, including 326 bird and around 100 mammal species. Kinabalu Park is located on the west coast of Sabah, Malysian Borneo, it covers an area of 754 square kilometers surrounding Mount Kinabalu which at 4,095.2 metres. Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain on the island of Borneo.
